Some adjustments are complimentary, included with every order. For more dramatic enhancements, premium options are available by request and quoted individually based on design complexity and craftsmanship.

The Process
  1. Select Your Piece: Choose the design you love (Hebe, Halo, Rose, or any other piece). Your base order secures your spot in the production schedule.
  2. Choose Complimentary Customizations: Refinements such as color swaps, strap variations, fringe finish, or extra rows for coverage are included at no cost. Note them at checkout or in your inquiry.
  3. Request Premium Enhancements: More dramatic adjustments, including sleeves, multi-color fringe, custom stitch work, or silhouette changes, are quoted individually.
  4. Receive Your Quote: After reviewing your requests, a separate invoice will be provided for any premium enhancements. Complimentary adjustments are always included.
  5. Confirm Your Design: Once you accept the quote and settle the invoice, your customization details are locked, and production begins.

How long will my custom order take?
Complimentary refinements typically finish in 7 to 10 business days. Premium enhancements such as sleeves, silhouette work, multi-shade fringe, or specialty yarns usually require 1 to 3 weeks from confirmation. Timelines start after you confirm your design and any premium invoice is settled. Shipping time is additional, for example, in the United States it is about 2 to 7 business days. How do you price custom crochet?
Your base piece includes complimentary customizations. Premium requests are quoted individually based on:
  • Materials such as fiber type, yardage, and embellishments
  • Craftsmanship hours and any new patterning
  • Design complexity including stitch work, paneling, and structural support
  • Specialty yarns and multi-shade or ombré effects
You will receive a clear quote to approve before production begins.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, limited rush slots are available. Add our Rush My Order (48-Hour Priority Processing) to jump the queue. Rush accelerates processing. Choose express shipping at checkout for delivery speed. Availability depends on scope and yarn on hand.
How do I care for my crochet piece?
  • Machine wash cold in a mesh laundry bag, delicate preferred
  • Dry on low to medium heat or air-dry flat or hang, avoid high heat
  • Hand-wash option: cool water and mild detergent; press, do not wring
  • Store dry, ideally in your TJC zipper bag

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
  • Refunds are issued when TJC is at fault, such as a production error or miscommunication. For a postal error confirmed by the carrier, choose merchandise credit or a partial refund minus a 31% service fee.
  • Exchanges are considered for damaged or defective items. For fit or color you may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt if the item is in original condition and packaging.
