• Bust (one-breast coverage):
  Starting from the side of your rib cage just below the armpit, measure across the fullest part of one breast and stop at the center of your chest.
• Neck to Navel:
  Place the tape at the center of your collarbone and measure straight down to your navel.
• Navel to Low Back:
  Place the tape just below your navel, run it down through your legs (snug, not tight), and bring it up to the center of your lower back.

These confirm coverage, rise, and where the piece sits on your torso.

1. Loosely tie the neck strings.
