At TaniJay Crochet, we aim to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Please review our policies below for clarity regarding your purchases.
Refunds
Please note that refunds are only provided if TaniJay Crochet is at fault due to a production error or miscommunication. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wear and tear.
TaniJay Crochet is not responsible for missed deliveries, undeliverable addresses, or any damage, loss, or theft of packages while in transit. However, if a package is lost or damaged due to postal error (confirmed by a written response from the postal service), we offer the following options:
- Receive a full refund in the form of Merchandise Credit. This credit never expires as long as tanijaycrochet.com remains active.
- Opt for a partial refund to your original form of payment, with a service fee applied (31% of order total).
For damaged or incorrect items, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@tanijaycrochet.com to resolve the issue.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tanijaycrochet.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send the item.
Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered based on availability and will only be considered if the item is damaged or defective. We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind.
If you are unsatisfied with the fit or color, you may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item.
- If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost and cover the shipping fee.
Garments must be in their original condition and in their original packaging with all labels attached to be eligible for an exchange.

If your garment requires alterations, please contact us directly at support@tanijaycrochet.com to discuss options.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within the first 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours, cancellations will be reviewed for a partial refund. Orders canceled after this period will incur a 31% service fee.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We do not offer returns due to change of mind. However, if the item is damaged or incorrect, we will happily assist you with a return or exchange.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either a replacement, full refund, or merchandise credit depending on the situation.
How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to initiate the process.
