TJC Shipping Policy
SECTION 1 – PROCESSING TIME
All items at TaniJay Crochet are made to order, ensuring a custom fit tailored specifically for you. Depending on the size and detail of your order, the production time can range from 1-3 weeks after the purchase date:
- For ready-to-ship items (eg, handcuffs): 72 hours
- For small items or orders: 7-10 business days
- For larger, more detailed projects: 1-3 weeks
Each item is carefully crafted by hand using high-quality materials such as polyester, acrylic blends, 100% organic cotton, and more. Please refer to each product’s description for detailed information about materials.
For special events or vacations, we recommend placing your order at least one month in advance. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us at support@tanijaycrochet.com before purchasing, and we will confirm if we can meet it.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking number and shipping instructions. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder to ensure you don't miss the email.
SECTION 2 – DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Below are our estimated delivery times:
- United States: 2-7 business days from the shipping date
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 6-12 business days
- UK & Europe: 6-12 business days
- Central & South America: 6-12 business days
- Asia & the Rest of the World: 6-12 business days
International Express Shipping: If you prefer faster delivery, express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders over $200 qualify for FREE express shipping. Please note that international express shipping is subject to availability and fees based on your location.
If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of the shipping date, please contact us to review the case. If eligible, you will receive a full refund on behalf of TaniJay Crochet.
Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Saturday. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking details. Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder and add us to your contacts.
SECTION 3 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer international shipping! If you're located outside the United States, you can still order from us using a third-party shipping service like USGoBuy, which provides a US address for shipping.
Please note: Orders shipped internationally are final sale and exempt from returns.
International Orders: Orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-7 weeks after the order is placed. Your order may be subject to customs clearance, which could delay delivery. Import duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any fees incurred during the customs process.
Customs Clearance: Duties and taxes are assessed based on the value of your order and the customs regulations of the destination country. For more details on your local customs process, we encourage you to contact your local customs office.
