Relax your shoulders, breathe normally, and avoid holding your stomach in.
Keep the tape parallel to the floor for every circumference measurement.
Send your true measurements. The correct fit allowance is added during construction.

Custom One Piece Fit
Begin at the side of your rib cage below your armpit. Measure across the fullest part of one breast and stop at the center of your chest.
Place the tape at the center of your collarbone and measure straight down to your navel.
Begin below your navel. Run the tape snugly between your legs and upward along the back until your bottom crease ends.
Support and Coverage
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and comfortable.
Measure from the side of your rib cage across one breast to the center of your chest.
Measure directly beneath your bust where a bra band would naturally sit.
For sleeves or arm straps, measure around the fullest part of your upper arm.
A Smooth Custom Fit
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso. Stand naturally and breathe normally.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom while keeping the tape level.
One Perfect Measurement
Use this method for headbands, beanies, ski masks, sun hats, and bucket hats.
Wrap the tape around your forehead and just above your ears.
The tape should rest smoothly without pressing into your skin.
Record the exact number where the tape meets without rounding.
