- Tie the neck strings.
- Make sure the front of the one piece securely covers your chest and crotch.
- Bring the thick straps at the crotch between your legs and wrap them around your hips.
- Continue wrapping the straps upward around your torso. They should form an "X" shape on your tummy when tied correctly.
- Tie the remaining strings in the front or back, whichever you prefer.
