1. Secure the neck ties to your preferred height and tightness for support and lift.
2. Fasten the bust ties to shape the chest coverage and bring the front panel in.
3. Ensure the front of the one-piece covers your chest and crotch securely.
4. Take the two strings on each side of the hip and tie them together for a snug, flattering fit.
5. Secure the back ties to your comfort level.
6. Adjust all ties — neck, bust, hip, and back — until the fit feels right for your body.
