REFUND POLICY
SECTION 1 - REFUNDS
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS unless TaniJay Crochet is at fault for miscommunication or production error. We do not offer refunds due to ‘change of mind’ or wear and tear. TaniJay Crochet will not be held responsible for any missed deliveries, undeliverable addresses, damaged, lost, or stolen packages while in transit.
We won’t leave you hanging, any lost or damaged due to postal error (confirmed by a written response from the post) are eligible to choose:
- You may receive a full refund amount in Merchandise Credit, this Merchandise Credit will never expire so long as tanijaycrochet.com remains active.
- You may have a partial refund back to your original form of payment. Please note that unless TJC was at fault there will be a service fee applied to your refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
SECTION 2 - RETURNS
To start a return, you can contact us at tanijaycrochet@gmail.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES
Exchanges will only be offered based on availability. We do not offer exchanges due to a ‘change of mind’. If there is any damage to your items upon case review you will be eligible:
- To return the item and have a replacement mailed to you with no additional shipping fee.
Garments can only be exchanged if they are unworn or unused, in the original packaging, and all labels still attached.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SECTION 4 - ALTERATIONS
If your garment needs alterations, please contact support@tanijaycrochet.com
SECTION 5 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order within the first 72 hours of purchasing. After 72 hours all orders with the request to be canceled will be reviewed for a partial refund. Orders canceled after 72 hours will be subject to a 31% service fee.
